Can I return my item for an exchange?
We are happy to exchange unwanted items that are returned to us within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by you, provided they are in perfect condition. Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your name and address, with as much detail as possible. Please call us on 0131 651 6235 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) to obtain authorisation to return or contact us via our online contact form. Calls from BT, a mobile and other providers will incur a charge with rates varying dependant on the provider.

For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?
